A short walk from London Bridge and on the edge of one of the best produce markets in the country, Hawksmoor Borough is located in a former hops warehouse that was repurposed by ‘colonial and foreign fruit’ merchants J. O. Sims in 1932 as a fruit warehouse and auction hall.
Downstairs at Borough the Cooks’ Room with its own private kitchen offers some of the best feasting in a capital. The room can be privately hired for groups up to 18 people, or on the last Friday of every month tickets are available for the Cooks’ Room Supper Club where tables of 2 or more can experience our Beef Feasting menu that gets the big groups so excited.
On Mondays corkage is £5 all day and on Sundays there are roasts that Observer Food Monthly named amongst the best in the UK. Our Express Menu (£25 for 2 courses, £28 for 3) is available from 12pm until 6pm and after 9:30pm every Monday to Saturday.

Secret Behind OpenTable’s Real-Time Reservations
When you book a table on OpenTable.com, your reservation is instantly recorded in the restaurant's computerized reservation book - the same one the restaurant's host uses to track all reservations. (It's the black terminal you may see when you arrive at the restaurant.)
Unlike other "online" reservation services which rely on faxes or table allocations, OpenTable has live Internet connections into the restaurants themselves. So restaurant availability information is up-to-date, and your reservations are confirmed.
