From inauspicious beginnings, Hawksmoor has become something of a restaurant institution. We’ve won lots of awards for the restaurants and the company, and our distinctly British food, revolving around charcoal-grilled steaks and seafood, have made Hawksmoor amongst the busiest restaurants in the country. All a bit of a shock for a couple of people who’ve been best friends since they were 11. Now we’ve got seven restaurants and an awesome cocktail bar.
